Acupuncturist and Nutritionist in Letchworth, Hitchin and Stevenage

I have been working as a Clinical Nutritionist (from ION) and Acupuncturist (from LCTA) for the last 20 plus years. I am based in Letchworth, Hertfordshire.

My holistic approach combines both areas (nutritional support and acupuncture), getting the best from each, along with the proper medical approach. I firmly believe that the best results come from considering overall health and wellness, and that the more the human body is in balance − physically, nutritionally and emotionally − the better the physiological process are likely to work. I want you to be able to experience this by coming to my clinic.

I treat a wide range of medical conditions, that have failed to respond to the conventional medical approach. The aim in my clinic is for each client to feel truly listened to and supported, and having received the treatment and gained the guidance and knowledge necessary to achieve optimal health and wellbeing, to feel perfectly in balance.

I specialise in fertility, pre-conceptual care, IVF support, and miscarriage. My deep commitment to fertility has come from my interest in gynaecology. My passion is helping clients to focus on, plan for, and succeed in having a baby or babies. It is a wonderful privilege to work with couples prior to conception, get positive pregnancy results for them, and look after them during pregnancy and birth, with the help of nutritional advice and acupuncture.

I am a member of the British Acupuncture Council and in the past have been a member of Zita West National Network for several years. I am fully qualified nutritionist from ION and also fully qualified Acupuncturist from London College of Traditional Acupuncture.
